Our church has decided to collect supplies and make several trips to assist the people in Northeastern Kentucky, that had their town destroyed by a tornado recently.

If you would like to donate, please contact Dawn Rose at sanddrose@earthlink.net.

We are looking for water, non-perishable food, clothing, personal items, and toys. Please keep the people of these communities in your prayers.

2/19/2012 New Picture Album

Check out the pictures from our Parent's Night Out on February 18, 2012!  The teens and twentysomethings watched the younger children at the church while the adults enjoyed food, fun and fellowship at Fred's Pizza in Wheelersburg, Ohio, and bowling at City Limits in New Boston, Ohio.  Everyone had a lot of fun!  We appreciate the young people for giving us the opportunity!

1/29/2012 Songfest Sundays

When it so happens that there is a fifth Sunday in a month, as there is in the month of January this year, we will schedule a Songfest Sunday.  Special singers will be scheduled for both morning and evening services.  We begin Songfest Sunday on January 29, featuring Crimson River in the morning service and Nancy Banfield in the evening service.  Everyone is invited to participate!  Tell everyone you know!

1/21/2012 Annual Chili Cook Off and Dinner

There was lots of fun, fellowship, and great food at our Annual Chili Cook Off and Dinner, which took place Saturday, January 21!  The event is a fundraiser for our Willing Hearts Ladies Group.  Over 40 people were in attendance, and enjoyed chili, mexican cornbread, desserts, and a drink.  Chili was made by Marissa McGraw, Julie McGraw, Phil Diamond, Noah Blevins, Corie Remy, and Heather Rose.  Here are the results:  3rd Place - Heather Rose; 2nd Place - Marissa McGraw; 1st Place - Julie McGraw; and the People's Choice Award - Noah Blevins.  Congratulations to all our winners and a special thank you to all who participated.

1/1/2012 Celebration Sundays

Beginning Sunday, January 1, the first Sunday of every month will be Celebration Sunday.  Both morning and evening services will feature contemporary praise and worship music.  The order of the service will change for these services, and our first try at this featured Breaking Daylight performing and Billy Logan preaching at our morning service.
