The Keys to a New Life Thousands of people try to find the key that will unlock the door to a new, fulfilling life. Many have tried the keys of pleasure, popularity, and possessions, but all have failed. God loves you, and has provided a wonderful plan that will give your life meaning. Put your confidence fully in Christ and trust Him to save you. Here are the keys of faith that will unlock the door to a new life today. Note what the Bible says: Key 1 God loves you!
Why is it that most people don't experience this love and enjoy a fulfilling life? Because -- Key 2 Man is a sinner separated from God, therefore he cannot know and experience new life in God's love. All men are sinners.
Because man is a sinner, his sins have earned him wages.
Note the second part of this verse! Jesus Christ is that gift and God sent Him to pay the debt for your sins, providing you forgiveness and eternal life.
Now, for these truths to be real to you personally, you must apply them. Key 3 REPENT
To repent is to have sorrow in your heart for your sins and be willing to turn from sin to Christ. BELIEVE
To believe is to trust Christ completely to save you. RECEIVE CHRIST
To receive means to allow Christ to come freely into your heart. Here is your personal invitation: Key 4
Christ is standing at your heart's door right now! Will you ask Him to come in? Pray in your own words. God knows and understands your heart. Simply confess that you are a sinner and ask Him to forgive your sins and come into your heart. The Bible promises that "Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved." (Romans 10:13) If you have done this, determine to continue in your relationship with Jesus by faithfully attending a Bible-teaching church, reading His Word, praying, and telling others what He's done for you.
